    positive, negative

    My car has no speakers and i am installing my infinity kappas this weekend using stock wires what one is positive and what one is negative? Thanks Paul

    not a head unit I am installing speakers??? the 2 wires that connect to the speaker

    Right front (+) .................. Red/Green

    yeah, it basicly tells you there what color the wire will be in the location of the speakers. they are the same at the head unit as they are at the speaker. anyway, something you can maybe look for is + is usually a larger connector, the - is a smaller connector. that's sort of easy i suppose.

    if your going kappas, then you prob have a newer deck.
    I strongly reccomend rewiring the complete stereo system, you'l see the diff

    I just looked and the old owner must had a system in there there is new wire if there is a line on the wire thats probaly positive right and if not how can I check the polaris of the wire

    Just check where they tie into the adapter for the HU.

    Or use a small battery and watch as the speaker moves out. That would mean that the poles are correct. If it sinks, swap poles...
