copper conducts heat better, but aluminum sheds heat better... i guess the best would be a copper core radiator with aluminum fins...

i had that set up into a nice table, but it formats to that when i submit it...

LOL...Im full of problems but i pulled it out today and dropped it off. The cylinders on top were scored slightly and he's trying to tell me i had detonation. But he said he was gonna pull it apart and he cant tell me i caused the rods to hit the cylinders so either way he is at fault. And i spoke to ERL about machining my block and he said scoring is probably from when the rod contacted the cylinder. Either way im probably screwed but if they can fix it to where it will hold up for a bit i will settle and send a 3rd block to ERL and get it done right.

As for the fluidyne i cancelled my order so i may look into the other ones for the accord later on.

do you have one? if so, what dimensions, and what price did you pay?

they definetly seem like pretty nice quality units.

no i don't have one. i actually just came across that site. i'm not ready to change my radiator yet cus of my upcoming engine swap. but i'm definitely looking to these guys for a custom aluminum radiator once the swap is done. i'm pretty sure the price is in the same range as other aluminum radiator manufacturers (maybe LESS, cus their slogan says "WE BUILD THE BEST, FOR LESS!"), just that this company can custom make one for your car. give them a call!

i think if you mention what car it's for, they can find out the dimensions of the stock radiator through a computer system and go from there. either that, or you have to send them a spare one. but if you really wanna go all-custom, then yeah it's up to you to give them the exact dimensions and drawings of the radiator you want them to make.
