Don't worry man, I'd be driving the same distance . Perhaps if we both go, we could roll together...

possibly...by then the mustang should be up and running...but ill probably get 17mpg downhill with the wind towards a magnet factory..and 400 miles...thats gonna be alot of gas. I also have to see about getting the time off from work..since the people i work for are the vacation nazis. I really wanna see how the car does at the track though..im sure all the details will fall into place once it gets closer

Is this the same place we went to last year? If it is, I sincerely hope that folk singer is not there singing at the bar like last year....maybe we could give James, Steve, and Alex a few beers and see if they'll join in the festivities What do you think...you guys game? After being at the track all day, I'm sure we could all use some quality entertainment!

LALALA Nice to see everyone coming together again, wouldnt have known about it if Sabz hadnt informed me the other night, on the down side ive moved since the last meet and am farther away than i was before and im almost scared to take her on this journy again, last year went to hell in a hand basket on the way home, on the same not i make a 120 mile journy atleast once a week back to my home town and she seems to do good, just worried how my luck will run this time around, poor ol girl needs a new engine bad tired of seeing all the blue smoke and burning oil on long trips, ill see what i can do though.

Well, we hope you can make it Sharky. Just print out your own directions this time.

I've added the event to the calendar now. You can sign up for the meet there. Sign Up Here.

On a side note, I had some more trouble with my car this weekend so hopefully I can get it ready for the meet.

That's no way to respond to your friend's troubles, Jim. What's up with the car Steve? Are you trying to... turbo her, or is she eating too much oil again?

Haha actually i was referring to the calendar but i guess you could take that as an either/or sorta thing

Edit: Nevermind it seems to be working now (calendar).

His problem is that he's using a b series engine.

The important thing is I'm making progress. Even if I only get to work on it 15min every few days I have been getting things done. And there is nothing in the rules that say I can't be working on the car during the AOM process Now back on topic!!!

I will probably have my Coupe on the road by then but if not I'll find another way up there.

I wanna take the Coupe so I can run it:

    P&P cylinder head
    3 angle valve job
    performance valvesprings + titanium retainers
    cam grind
    custom intake
    FULL exhaust + test pipe
    copper head gasket

    I can't wait!

LOL with 15 minutes a day you will never have enough time to finish that car.
it will take you just 15 minutes to get under the car. LOL
