Can a broken tranny mount cause vibration at highway speeds?Thanks again
It could but if it truly is broken it will make the most noise when you accelerate and decelerate. Vibrations at higher speeds is usually wheel bearings going bad, a unaligned front end, or unbalanced wheels. When all of my wheel weights flew off my car vibrated like crazy only at certain highway speeds. When I had a worn out tranny mount in the car it didn't really vibrate b/c of it but clunked alot when I hit the gas.
