Are the connections the same between a 86-87 guage cluster and a 88-89 cluster?
Does anyone know, or has switched from one to the other??

I think that gas and the temp gauge are different but I dont know about the connections.
Worst case senerio, get some butt splices & crimp the wires together if the connections are different & you have the same amount of wires going to & from the connection. (damn run on sentence)
