The Prelude arms have adjustable ball joints which you can set to stick out farther (or stick in more) thus pushing the whole arm out or in correcting the camber. The Accord arms can't do this. The rears you can do the cheap method using shims between where the upper arm joins the body and use longer screws. Or you can get upper arms like Old School posted in a different thread.
