problem with 89 LX-I suspension and brakes

After driving for a while and only on highway my car starts shaking like crazy you can feel it in the floorboards. The only thing that usally helps it is if I hit the brakes real hard.Last summer my calipers froze to the rotors and it brought me to a sudden stop with lots of heat and smoke.I broke the bleeders on the calipers and drove it home once it cooled down.I took the wheels back off it an hour ago and noticed the rotors have about three or four cracks in them a piece.Could this be causing my vibration?

it could also be a missing weight off a wheel or that your tires are bald. That stuff usally occurs at a certian speed

    Cracked rotors?

Very bad and over heated brake pads all bad .

Check for loose suspension parts also while your doing the brake job or having it done.

Thanks for all the help everyone. It ended up being the caliper slide pins.I took the m apart and greased them and the car shakes no more.I will be putting new rotors on within the next week just to be on the safe side
