Man, I love that color black for bumpers. I know now I'm definitely going jet black for my bumpers.

That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

i actually just got brand new bumpers from this place down in LA, front for $70 and back for $25, swet deal. For the lip, i just cut the bottom of my old bumper, plain and simple. I wasnt even planning on it until ct said a lip would go good with the inserts luis made. It fits perfect. Im planning on finishing it up tomorow, wash and maybe a little wax, then ill go up in the hills and take some pics of the final result.

Oh yea, ct, you relly should armor-all your moldings and bumpers, they just look yucky all faded.

I think im going to try the same concept for the back, simply because i have not seen anyone on here try it yet. It bugs me when i see someones car with the front bumper all low to the ground, and the back is really high. Just dosent look right to me, so im going to try it. who knows, i might start a new trend...

werd.. I've been planning that with my parts car, but I'm still working on getting time to rip the rest of it apart.

Sorry just realized you were planning to paint it in the title of the thread. I would sill recommend gloss black, it goes good with the color of your car.

Actually, i figured it would be really easy to install, but it took me a good hour to put it on. I used nuts and bolts with washers. Id get one on, and id go to do another, and the one i had just finished would slip off
haha, well eventually i got frustrated enough and just man-handeled it all...

oh yea, burger, its a place down in carson, ill get the name from my dad cause he was the one who found it in the first place. Its right next to a freeway and its really really easy to find.

i actually hate them. Only one of them is in really good condition, the rest are pretty beat up. I lost one of the center caps about a week ago and i paid a visit to the honda dealer. They couldnt do anything for me, they told me to go to a yard, haha. I just decided to not be mexican and take them all off. The wheels were add-ons, so there really hard to find. I think ive seen only 2 other people on here that have them. I was planning on getting some nice 16"five spokes in the summer, so these will be sitting in the garage soon. I might sell them....i just dont know yet...

thanks for the comments guys, im finally getting a little recignition(sp?).

I honestly don't like the lip but I do like the condition of your paint. I also like your wheels but I'm not surprised they aren't in that good of shape considering the age of them. The other day I saw the three spoke white rims (smooth spokes) that come original on some 3gs rolling on a an all white 3g around town that also had the cargo rack on the trunk lid and had an original lip on the front. It was being driven by some old person, I was right behind her and almost followed her home to get abetter look.
