Bored at work= Dools (Pics Work Now)

This is what I did at work today cause we were slow... I was gonna wait till I got the turbo engine done... But I wanted to get it done before the body work was done... So here it is...
first I had to reinforce the frame support so it didn't lose integrity...

Then Then I mounted the mufflers and bent the pipe then made the Y... a weld here a weld there and.. VWAAA Laaa...

Man quad exhaust looks good. Do you feel any noticable Hp gain? How does it sound?

No, no noticeable gain I already had 2.25 from the headers back and a gutted cat and a 2.25 Flex pipe.... It really soundz good acctually.... I had a Tenzo R exhaust on it before and it's no louder than that....

dual exhaust is a complete waste of effort on a 4 cyl. not to mention its and looks dumb to boot! Good job!

Thanx for the opinions... Like I said I the reason I ran dools was for the turbo set-up... I have a stainless resonator I'll be putting on when the motor is finished, to help with the back pressure....

duals wont help a turbo setup any more than it'll help a n/a motor. Usually the best exhaust for turbo is a straight as possible 3". (maybe 2.5" if you're going low boost).

remember, the best exhaust for a turbo is no exhaust at all.

it sure is nice looking, but looks like youre loosing back pressure wince the exit pipes looks huge. if you were gonna run duals on a 4cyl 2.0, the exit pipes should be around 1.75. but looks good, bet it sounds like a weedwhacker. hehe

Acctually it's no louder than when I had the single tenzo R on it.... It's nice and deep, and relatively quiet at idle... it's 2.25 all the way... When the turbo's on it'll be 3" to the Y then 2.25... I haven't noticed any HP gains or losses...
