    hello 2 all u 3geezers

ok i been hangin round this site since November and only made 2 posts, so i thought id say hi and put up a few pics of my car. here they r:

my plan was 2 get a cheap car off ebay and spend the rest of my cash improving it, so i picked this up for £205 (a bit less than $400) with 127,000 miles on the clock. And i gotta say, i'm very impressed with it - i reckon i couldnt have chosen a better car 4 the money (apart from an efi one of course, oh how i regret that now. guess i'll hav 2 do the conversion at some point...)

those pics r of wen i bought it, since then iv ripped out parts of the interior which is becoming red and black, and its taken a dent to the front corner thanks 2 a bus driver who doesnt know wot a rearview mirror is

anyway as soon as i fix the camera on my phone and do some more work on the car i'll take more photos. I wont b doin 2 much engine work (cant afford the insurance), mainly appearance stuff. And yes, i'll try and keep it tasteful, no here.

    thanks

there r a few small areas of rust along one of the rear arches, and a bit at the top of the windscreen, nothin that cant b fixed tho.

i got it off a foreign imports guy whod taken it in a part exchange. he wanted 2 get rid of it quickly, so put it up with no reserve, and it finished early in the morning so i guess not 2 many ppl were awake 2 bid on it. lucky 4 me - turns out it only had 1 owner from new whod kept the full service history. from 1989 to 2004, it was a folder-full, he musta really loved this car!

Really nice car!!!!!!!!!!!!£205 is good price for that clean car.............I think you could find a 2.0I-16 for £500-600, but £205 for a good condition EX is ok.
If you don't like auto, you could converted on manual with a gearbox from a scraper
and also H&R springs-Koni socks, 15' alloy wheels, these some mods you could do for the future.
Also this engine goes 120hp+ easy with one 38/38 DGAS ( cheap from ebay.co.uk) Kn filter, free flow exhaust and race cat or de-cat pipe.

    Good Luck

nice. that car looks to be in great condition. i like those floor mats you've got in there. looks like carpet mat with the honda H on the rubber pad. i guess that would be the equivalent to the LX north american model. that was a good find i'd say.
Keep it HONDA. Or at least Asian.™

Nice clean body work! In UK the body rust is almost normal for this age of car due to its wetty weather - I bet your previous owner must have kept the car in a garage. 205 quid is a great deal I think.
