    Good Price?

I'm not sure if this is in the right forum. please move if needed. (sorry)

Anyway, I'm going to look at an 89 lxi coupe tomarrow. It needs some front end suspension work. It wont start when hot. Its got 15'' wheels with new tires, (not sure what kind) Paint is good, body is good, interior is good, It runs and drives fine. The dude wants $400 obo. Is this a good price? should i try to talk him down? or snatch this car up quick. whats your opinion, yay or nay?
    thanks in advance.

sounds suspicious to me. make sure it runs and no major motor defects.

The guy said it started yesterday but today it wouldnt. I think the fuel pump was dead.
