    an oninion? haha j/k

It depends on how used they are, if the guy drove the shit out of the car for 2 years, they would be worth alot less than if he used them to drop the car to look nicer. Also, from what I understand, shocks play a large part in wear too, shitty shocks = more spring wear.
But always, if you don't like the price, move on. No use in buying crappy parts for too much money.

Lightspeed's springs for the 3rd gen Accord dropped the car 1.5 inches; I had a set of them myself. They were good springs and I would buy them again except that Lightspeed no longer makes them, so I bought H&R's for the Hondamino. I used Tokico HP's on that car and was happy with the results. I wouldn't pay more than $75 for a used set of them though; I got mine brand new for $80 + shipping and you can still buy the front springs for $50 directly from Lightspeed.

$50-70....being that they're used and all...BUT depends on the condition too. If this guy is asking too much, then bargain. Let him know that you can get new ones for less than $100...then see what he says.
