    OEM springs/shocks

I want to know if any other Honda(car) stock springs and shocks are lower than ours and could fit easily in the Accord. Also, can I use a adjustable upper control arm with stock springs and shocks? That control arm really lower it like if I had lowering springs? And finally, what brand of adjustable shocks are the cheapiest?

No other springs will easily fit. You will need to modify your suspension extensively to get others to fit.

You can use an adjustable control arm with stock springs and struts.

Adjustable control arms do not lower anything. They will adjust the camber to get your wheels straight.

There are no adjustable shocks available.

AGX aren't made for 86-89 Accords. Your choices are Tokico, revalved bilsteins, or Konis (probably used) if you intend to increase your spring rate.

I wasn't totally clear earlier. Koni shocks are adjustable however they are out of production so the only way to get them is used. There is a group buy attempting to be setup to get Koni's. It looks like the externally adjustable will be what they're trying to get. Anyway, Konis were the only adjustable shocks.

let get this clear up a little:

    1. Koni is out production. so you will have to find used ones or sign up for a group buy in the market place (it will take a while).
    2. KYB does not make AGX. They make GR-2, and it is stock replacement. it won't hold up to any lowering springs.
    3. cutting stock springs and using stock struts is the worst modificaton you can make for your car. you can never cut springs to be equal, no matter what you do.

lowering car properly will be expensive job. i think you should save the money for quality parts.
my suggestion for you is to get Intrax springs and Tokico struts. they will go very nicely together.

I think that would be a safe assumption.
