so far we've found that the 90-93 accord sides and rear are the best fit, and the 90-93 integra front is the best fit.

I have an 89' Accord LXi and im looking for a body kit that will fit it, I like the low ground clearance big fog light wide mesh front look (kinda like.... ermmm... WRX front bumper look) and I cant find anything that will fit it, and Ive never done any fiberglass work so im not sure if I could get it to fit myself, so basically im asking,
What can I get that will fit my design needs,
And how much work will be needed, im a pretty quick learner but not experience with fiberglass... thanks

It has some BMW rear....Z24 sides...And a stock front bumper cut in two and put on upsidedown as a lip...

Hey on the maroon accord are those stock bumpers painted over or bumpers from another car ? I am wondering if I should do a body kit for my 88 accord 3rd gen or just keep it stock and give it a fresh coat of glossy paint and tint the windows. I think as old as the car is it looks fine for body lines and up to date kits with modern looks are impossible to find without considerable expense in customising from other kits.I'm bored so I'm making a thread about body kits. Those are the straight bolt on kits for the 3geez, usually fairly spendy too. Of course they are kinda outdated in looks wise I think, so there have been a few of use to try our own thing. From the past experiences it looks like the best way to go with things is the 90-93 Accord rear end, 90-93 Accord sides (have to cut about 4 inches off), and the 90-93 Integra front. This mostly goes for the sedans and coupes, the hatch rear bumpers are shorter so they're harder to find something to make fit.

Dood, Do you know where that car is from? Its looks fuckin sweet :cool2: , and i swear that the license plate on that it exactly the same as we have over here in NZ, and all cars have the white sticker down in the bottom (if looking from front)right hand corner of the front windscreen... I dont know what kit, or from what car this kit is, but the car just looks amazing.
Sorta looks like it was grafted onto the stock bumper... there are odd little lines at the corners.

I used a 90-93 gsr and I made a whole bumper support and had to cut out for the lights to flip up. now it looks great like it came from the factory!!

so which body kit combination would look best on my car? keep in mind my car is lifted 6 inches higher than stock on 17's to rally, so which kit would look sick?
No offense, but i don't think any kit is gonna look to good on a jacked up accord.

what would you guys think about a 2000ish impreza bumper... its the stock one, i know it would take lots of costom work, but i think it could look pretty cool on one or our cars... there are two of these down the street from my house so i see them everyday on my way to work...
2000 imprezas are 67.1 inches wide, we are 66.7 inches wide... so the width should work alright i think...
and they have the slots for the bumper lights in them already, just probably some harness conversions and it would be set as far as the lights...
