    Red face Major Overspray

So heres a problem, I decided to paint my front and back black bumper that thingy (haha), So I laid down a flat black primer (two or three coats) then finished it with this rubber based bumper paint (two or three more coats). The bumpers look great now, but the problem is there is a alot of overspray in places on the car now. I did tape up the parts that I thought would get overspray with masking tape but obviously I needed to tape more... So my question is, does anyone know how to get overspray off without damaging the paint job? Any chemicals or does it need a good scrub???

primer is not good for the bumpers. the rubber based stuff works on its own, i used primer on my bimper trim and when it got cold this winter it all bubbled and chipped off, so Im redoing it with just bumper paint this summer.
