    Head lights keep cutting off!!!

Every night i drive or when signaling to turn sometimes my headlights will just cut off on me. They click right back on though if i flip them down then back up. Is it my h4 conversion, or a bad battery?

i had the same thing and it ended up being a loose connection at the fuse box, next time it happens try wiggling the fuse box by your leg

I think it's the switch especially if it's doing it when turing on the signals or going over a bump. You need the replace the combination switch like mike89lxi said. Seems like they didn't build them very well since I had to change it twice (snapped on me both times) on the 86 while the 88 has the same problem with the lights turning off.

Where would i get a new "handle thing" from? Do they sell them new or will i have to hit the junkyard? Is there any special wiring involved?

250+ from honda, 25 from a junkyard pick n pull.

i replaced mine, now my windshield wiper switch is REALLY sensitive, have to be careful not to graze it, but hey, it's better than my headlights or parking lights cutting out for no reason whatsoever every five minutes.
