I do not street raced and that show affirmed my resolve. Sure, it was dramatic, but looked pretty real to me.

Good show. I watched the flipped thing and the true life one. I watch street racin and every once in a while will run but after watchin some of that shit it's made me think twice. The true life was pretty good. The 2nd Gen integra was tearin shit up. He had just a built LS1 vtec in his and came out like almost even with that dude's crx with supercharger and nitrous. I was pretty impressed by Mtv.

LS1 VTEC? I didn't know Chevy had VTEC.

Yeah, thats what I figured. I give his motor another 10000 miles. Tops.

LS/VTEC is the worst thing you can do. If Honda wanted your LS motor to have VTEC, they would have given it to you.

Just watched the one on MTV tonignt it was good and it shows the real deal and it goes on everywhere. The sad thing is its true about what they said about finding a legal track that wasnt shut down or that is close by. It would cut down a lot if their were more tracks but it will never go away. I havnt raced it awhile for one because my current car is not up to spec and usually its in a crowded area so i dont bother. You have to know when to quit i only play around and stop when i feel that someone else can get hurt because of my actions. My version of racing is not like a 1/4 its just on the high way or if im at a traffic light....

Another 1,000 miles. Well, let's try again. He was running muli-throttle bodies through it. It was a right hand drive stripped of everything (the 94 Integra, not the 92). I would say it runs a bit more than that, but he blew the engine after the third race. Nice engine though.

Those engine builders are the best, or damn near, for getting power out of Honda engines. That was street racing at a level none of us can get near at all.

    Good show. Very real.
