basically an imitation of speed holes. The bumper gives drag cause air flows into it and the bumper acts like a parachute. The holes allow the air to flow out instead. I think its pointless for our cars and if you were really serious, just take off the bumper.
your not going to change the color are you? it looks really clean in that color. i guess your just painting the new parts?
