Well today i noticed at slower speeds i have a constant squealing noise comming from the front end, could it be a CV, or just a brake pad thats not comming off of the disc all of the way?

check your brake pads. It might be the metal shims touching the rotors letting you know that its time to change your brake pads.
accessory belt tenison. tighten that sitsh uep..........

its definatly not a belt... and the pads are fine... checked um last week. I sprayed some brake cleaner on both rotors and it doesnt constantly squeal now, only when braking... so it was probably just some dust built up in there.
I would change your brakes anyways if it squeeled
