Decided to join this forum to learn more about cars in general and learn more about my car as well. I have an '86 Accord DX, first car I got and has been with me since 1997. Only mod I have done is chop off the muffler and put on a 2 1/4" steel conduit pipe (you prolly will cringe, but it only cost me $20 and I got enough pipe to make 3 more... sounds ok, looks ok once I got a tip on, and give me a bit more hp + 2 extra mpg). Other than that short adventure, my car skills stop at changing oil - my roomie has all the skills and helps where he can.
