    Rus's 3G (56K Death!)

Here's my Laguna Gold Metallic 89 LX right after getting a new oil pan+gasket, valve adjustment, new engine mounts, rebuilt shifter linkage, full new exhaust (header back), and front and rear LXi sway bars.

She is finally leak free and somewhat quiet (old exhaust had a torn flex pipe).
    Enjoy

P.S.: Sorry about the large resolution pics.

    nice, stickers probably parking permits.

exhaust is very stock looking which is nice. What exactly does a rebuilt shift linkage do?

I used to live in Houston, Texas, now living in New Orleans, Louisiana. The stickers are for registration and emissions testing. The exhaust is new but stock...hence the stock look. That muffler, however, doesn't sound very stock for some reason. I said that the shift linkage is rebuilt because I replaced every plastic and rubber part starting from the shift lever to the tranny mount. It used to be really loose, which happened because the ball cage on the shifter was worn. Now it is tight and precise. If you are having problems with your shifter being loose, I'd recommend doing what I did.

Busted_Blue: Based on your diagram in this thread:https://www.3geez.com/showthread.php?t=44519
    I replaced the following:
    12, 28, 8, 13, 10(this part was really destroyed), 4, 6, 27, 22, 19, 16, 17.

P.S.: Aside from a K&N Air Filter and the upgraded sway bars, the car is totally stock (even floor mats :-p)

No problem If you have any questions about assembling the shifter I'd be glad to help. It took me a little while to figure out how things went together, especially when it came to installing the lower dust seal (seemed impossible at first).

For the exhaust I ordered Walker parts. Everything except the muffler was ordered from www.rockauto.com and surprisingly didn't cost too much in shipping. The fit was pretty good, although I had to mess with the heatshields a little bit to prevent minor rattling.
