Newbie with an '87 LX

Hey, I'm Finaldestiny0521 of Spencer, Massachusetts (small little town in Central MA.). I own a tan '87 Accord LX and am looking to do some performance/body upgrades on the old girl (amazingly she only has 97,800 miles on her, so she's got some time left on this earth). She's still got very good performance for her age, with only a few things that need tweaking. One of my friends suggested putting in a 2005 accord engine, i've been looking into whether that'd be a possibility or not and I'm still not sure, but... any tips on what to do as far as upgrades are concerned would be appreciated greatly. the 2005 accord engine is not really possible. unless you have quite a few thousand $$$ sitting around.
