betcha it is totaled. If its in ok shape and fixable, look into how much itll cost to get it from the insuance company... you might be able to fix it for cheep

we all made a left and her driveway was right around the corner.. she stopped to turn and the camry locked em up and sterred right.. and i hit the hookes ..turned the wheel right and just keep sliden straight POW that was it it did not turn and before i could get off the brakes it was over i thought if im locked up get off the brake that fast we hit ....we were only doin like 20 mph we turned left .i shifted from 1st to 2nd threw it in neutral slammed on the brakes CRASH it was that fast......grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Its probably not good on your tranny, but it saved my ass once... Doing about 30 in 3rd, i was maybe a car length behind this guy in front of me (too close to begin with) and he was maybe 1/4 back from the car in front of him, well the car in front of him decided he was going to turn right at the last second so the guy in front of me couldnt stop in time and rear ended him. So instinctively i hit the breaks, and they started to lock... while doing this i dumped it into first and popped the clutch, rough ride but i saved myself from an accident.

Sucks to hear about yours, it seems like somebody wrecks their 3g every week.

Wow dude i forgot that was your car.... that really sucks. Ive been in that situation before and i had locked em up then quickly realized it was gonna be an ugly situation (probably woulda been injured bad if i did hit) was going like 65 and traffic was stopped about 8 car lenghts up coming around this bend... i didnt see it, so i was sliding straight when i locked em up, and just knew it wasnt gonna help me so i got off the brakes within about a car length and blindly swerved over 2 lanes... Wasnt the best of odds but it was sure better than a crash for sure... saved my ass.

its a very sad thing i 4 real almost cried ... my dad was wit .. he was laughin at me cause i was gonna shed sometears.... its just all that money and hard work ...BAM its all over if i do wind up paid i wanna boost it... the car was appraised at 12,500 so i might b ok ..... however i say at least 3500-5000 in damage so its gonna b a toss up its also got 102,000mile on it now so thats not good eather .... im gonna hope 4 the best and see what happens ........................dark

youre probably going to have to chain up the front end to a tree to pull the front out... it should come out just fine. Id reuse the bumper and most of the parts except for the hood maybe depending on how bad it is. I think it looks pretty easy to fix and shouldnt take too long to do hopefully

damn bro, that same shit happen to my friend a few weeks ago, but he went under the truck so he only needed the fenders, lights, and hood. luckly he had just ordered a new body kit and z3 fenders for it. Well good luck on fixen it. I you need any parts though, I got some. they're stock but if you are willin, just let me know.

well the out come is ...........totaled...... my insurance screwed me royaly 2800.00 in damage ... wit 102,000 miles , for an 89 lx-i wit full coverage is worth 1900.00 ... plus 1000 for hood ,fender, paint ,,3hrs, kit and neons,rad support +rad ..its an easy fix ,worse thing is the left headlight pocket, but thats in the rad support ..so that aint hard eather. im considering sellin the whole car ..... she runs and drives fine just lookes horrible .... serious offers only please. im soooo not sure what to do i want 2 fix it and come up with some crazy shit but ive got so much goin through my mind and i will b changin insu. comp ... nation wide is not on ur side ... thanks 4 all the support .... as alawys nothin but love .... ill b postin more pics asap ....peace ,....dark
