Socal Track Meet!!!!!

What up guys. Well since alot of you guys seem to be interested in a track meet i think we should have one! Plus its close to me for once lol. What i was thinking of doing is meeting up at the walmart parking lot by my house early maybe like 1 or something then if my car isnt running or whatever you guys can come to my house and check it out if you want or just hang out there. The walmart parking lot is HUGE there would be tons of spots where no one would even come close to parking by us so we can all be parked together. In that shopping lot we would only have to walk like 10 feet to get to a jack-in-the box, deltaco, panda express, a pizza place, a mexican resturant, kfc, or if you wanna walk across the street there is taco bell, and mcdonlads. So if you wanna eat some food we have EVERYTHING right next to us. Then around 4.45 or so we could All cruise to lacr together (best to get there right as they open) about 15-20 minutes from the meet up. Race there for as long as you want. Then go home or whatever it would be a full day meet but it should be fun! Let me know guys what you think!




EDIT!!! For anyone who doesnt know! The meet is on august 12 at 1pm. We are going to be meeting up at walmart, there we can eat talk, etc, and then later on in the evening heading out to lacr to race are cars. The cost is 15$ to race all night.

LACR is 5$ bucks to watch the racing and 15$ to race all night. If you wanna race in the car with someone its still just the 5$ that you paid to get in.

The only things they check on your car is the battery to make sure its tied down good, and they check to see if you have a coolant overflow tank. IF you have your battery relocated to the trunk (ian) then you need to have a battery shut off switch on the outside in the back of your car. I dont think you guys would want to do that (i wouldnt) so i dont know what to say lol. They may say they check other things but i go there at least a few times a month so i know the routine lol.

It would have to be on a wendsday or friday because thats when they have the run what ya brung days. Dont worry about being slow its just for fun guys. No one is going to make fun of you.

fuck yea, ive never raced my car, so ill have to race some other car with a flipped lid(lol). 15 bucks sounds resonable. Im in. I can get a couple of more people to come with me too. What day are we looking at adam??? (Hopefully three weeks or more cause i need to ask for time off, as i know most people will)

When ever is best for you guys. Im going to be gone from july 16th to the 23rd. Remember its got to be on a wendesday or friday. Everyonce inwhile they have this thing called street racer nights on saturdays which is the same thing basically but your times arnt posted infront of everyone but you still get a slip. I dont know when the next one is though, and usually street racer nights are way to packed.

Well again i dont care what day, or time. My sister is gettin maried to "big bo hunk" on August 13th plus my Birthday is on the 9th. But id definatly give up my birthday. Wedding.... I wish. But just give me a date and time.

hell yeah, i just got a job working nights at this nutrition factory called nutrilite and since i work 11 hour days i only work monday-thursday. going on a friday would be cool for me. oh yeah, by coolant overflow catch, you mean the factory overflow container down below the battery. and also, does any one know if i can race with my handles shaved, i heard someware that i cant. i hope i can race. i've never raced on a track before, i sure would hate to miss out.

I'm in! I can fork up 15$ to race for a bit. Just hope i dont blow anything out in my car.. I just rolled over to 120k miles earlier today. Anywho, it'll be fun. Just figure out a date, so in case i get a job i can ask for the day off.. Though i'll need a good excuse. Haha.

Yea, you just have to have a overflow tank. Doesnt matter if its aftermarket or not you just have to have one.

They arnt going to care about your handles at all trust me. I believe last time i was out there there was a truck racing with shaved handles.
