Hey guys. I am going turbo after I drop in the EFI motor and convert. I have a couple questions like the other turbo thread. The things that AccordEpicenter has helped me with is my list of things to get done. Basically it consists of:
turbo t3/t4
All turbo accesssories
FMIC
DSM injectors
Homemade header/manifold
Walbaro 255lph in take fuel pump
Upgraded intake Mani. (homemade most likely)
3 angle Valve Job in the head.
Shot peened rods
Diamond forged pistons 9.5:1
Like the other thead I am extremely conscerened about the engine management. I know that I am going to run more then 6psi. And for that matter I would like to have the ability to run more then 9. So from what I understand that pretty much eliminates using the Apex'i S-AFC and the MSD BTM. From my understanding from AccordEpicenter that if I convert to OBD-1 and use a civic ecu (stock?) and accord distributor. This is what I'm most confused aboutMy first question is what the heck does the quote mean?then youd need to uberdata or crome to modify the program and then get an eprom burner to burn it
The second when I convert to OBD1 (I believe there is a how-to) does the civic ecu just plug in? Is that the point of converting?
