Stock spring stiffness

I'm looking to do up my suspension soon. Before I do anymore engine mods, I want a suspension.

So I'm considering revalved bilsteins riding on eibach springs, but what I want to know first off is:

What are the stock stiffness in lbs for the stock springs front and rear

aswell as the less important question what are the dimensions of the springs? I cant take mine apart right now so I need the information from you guys.

I need height and opening width. Thanks.

Front: 211 in lbs.
Rear: 117 in lbs.

I'm looking at individual springs on ebay from eibach, I need to know what size will fit. Is 8" too high or too low?

I guess I now need to know the circular opening or the spring (width) so I know which ones to buy, I'm not going to buy a kit. I'm gonna do it myself (as I tend to do with everything..) as long as I can. I'll do some research on them, but I need to know height/width of them.

EDIT: The kit I'm looking at getting is this one which is 238 canadian for the lazy (plus 65 shipping). I can get each spring individually with my own decided spring rates for 50 bucks each (with unknown shipping costs, pm'd seller)
