Car won't start....Help

I tried searching and will try again, but wanted to post looking for any help.

Car won't start. It turned over one time then went dead. it doesn't turn over or anything.

Radio works fine and jump start did nothing. It is 100 degrees here and the gas tank is on E but the light didn't come on yet so I should have 2 gallons in there. I checked all fuses and relays and they look good.

I tried putting it in Neutral in my automatic and still nothing.

Car is 89 LX and the engine just got rebuilt 6,000 mile ago.

I do have an alarm system too.

any ideas

I clicked alarm on and off and it started......

search was hard cause people us the word start and don't put the ' in won't for "Car won't start"
