when the car has warmed up the idle sometimes shoots up to about 2500 or so, and when i'm going down the road and push in the clutch it wont come down. any idea? i'm thinking vacuum but has anybody seen this on their car?

mine used to do that it was the throttle cable getting stuck ! make sure to free space around it and it's not jammed or something !
