Distributer TYPE ?

hello everybody !
i intend to buy a rotor and a dist. cap ! but i need to find out what the typr of my distributer is ? HITACHI OR TEC ?
here is a pic ! ( the whole engine sorry not a close one !)


another thing is DAICHII the oem rotor and cap for our cars or bosch !? or else ! thnx a lot !

I can tell you it's NOT a TEC

The label should be written on top of the vacuum adjance diaphragm for the TEC brand. The TEC also has the prongs for the wires facing the same side, just like a hand..

The label on yours should be written on the same place or on the rotor itself (the TEC distributor has the tabel there too)

It can be a Hitachi or a Denso

nah the distributors aren't interchangeable. I think it's because of the Ignitor or something.

Maybe someone could give us more info on distributor swaps.... But I'm almost 100% positive you would need other stuff.

Oh, so that is what a TEC distributor cap look like...

Hmm, Accord Ex distributor cap looks somewhat like mine(hiatichi)

How much do you want fo that one? Mine has the same kind of prongs, so I think they're the same.

to day i looked at the dist. and it written TEC on the vacuum advance ! i have a carbed 5 spd manual ! and a tec dist but not similar to the one you are selling ! will that fit !
and you said 25 ( US or candian ? )
