ok here's the problem, i love my hatch but you have to admit she's got a really big ass.so what do you do with a girl with a big ass? stick a really big h to it couldn't resist the joke. that's the 2-3/4 h like on the new accords,the h always did seem a little small. check this out the jdm accord emblem for the us car with the eagle [glowing emblem,might put it in the hatch or something, lights up. newer accord emblem for the back all the new emblems for my new paint job coming up

it's a joke, but you have to admit the newer h does look better,it's only a 1/4 inch bigger then the original but has a more new apperance. i wanted to keep the back the same but make it a little more modern. i'm going to redo my right hand light over this weekend and i think the cleaner looking lens go good with a modern emblem. the light up H IS NOT going on the outside of the car,it's going inside the hatch as an accent. my hatch is upholstered inside

i'm not really adding anything just making the emblems that came on the car a little more up to date. i really like the powered by honda one because of their early racing heritage. remember where the suspension on our cars came from. the plastic on the light eyebrows looks like carbon fiber anyway so it matches the emblem. i can't remember the size of the jdm eagle emblem,but i believe it eithier replaces the one in the steering wheel or the one on the front-the script says-honda of america mfg. inc.

I used to have them off but everyone kept asking me what year my Toyota was. shudder looks like a certain other japanese car being a hatch I sure don't want someone mistaking it for one of these

well its understandable that updating is ok wit our cars but a cleaner and less exterior accesories just make the 3rd gen more attarctive..

well that's why i like the new h, i've been thinking about getting one for a long time, it just doesn't look as boxy as the old one,and the new accord emblem def. looks less clunky then the old one. i've already taken off my antenna,and rear washer nozzle to clean up the roof line. i have to leave the rubber strips though, they are a tradition on old hondas. there are certain things that just define an era on a car. even my xm antenna is hidden under fiberglass in the roof. the lighted h is going inside the hatch area,i have accent lights built into the car,nothing garish or blinking,just a nice glow and almost invisible when off,

you have to figure, before i was on the forum i never knew honda made a hatch 3g so that's why they think it's an (toyota corola aka tureno 86) it has almost the same body lines. I like how shaved emblums look. what ever you choose ur car looks good.i want a hatch badly.
