what do you guys think about putting a 4g63 (evo) motor in to the 3gee
It would be a real bastardization of the Honda. I think it would be pretty cool! Probably not as reliable as the good ol A20 though.

are we talking the 4g63 from the evo 1-3/eclipse/talon/laser or the 4g63 that went in the evo 4-9?
their the same motor just mounted differently but probably from the dsm
reliability i don't think their is such thing with the 4gs
i bet it with smoke and strip all the teeth of the cambelt..... they like doing that
not a fan of teh mitsubishi. im one of those people that looks down on people that want to destroy a honda by doing such a thing
oh i forgot to put why i would, the reason is i have a fairly extensive knowledge of them, brought one of my friends talon up to 450 with him paying parts thank god, the biggest down side is reliabilty, and the fact that it is complete blasphemy.
you should get a mitsubishi if you want a mitsubishi motor

if you can make it fit without modifying the car itself then might aswell try it. that way when it decides to blow up, you can put the a20 back in
yeah the 4g63 is a pretty strong motor
have seen 500 hp from evos with stock bottom ends but thats about as far as they go.
sticking a b18c turbo or similar with a turbo would get you a good 300h with out spending as much as what the mitsi motor would cost you to buy and fit.
at least that way it stays honda.
and honda motors are cheaper if you grenade one, which you shouldnt do

that would be the dumbest ass thing ever. You should try to help out with getting b-series mounts made insted of talking about puttin a "Dick Suckin Motor" in a 3gee.

yeah dsm one is mounted like our engine, evo 4-9 one is mounted like rsx engine. so entire engine bay has to be reworked to a much greated degree for the newer engine. but on the plus side, the evo 9 came w/ mivec.Originally Posted by XxirhxccusiusxsxX
