Not without a director's approval. Get approval first, then sell them, not the other way around.

I think in the past sticker and t-shirt sale money made it's way back to the board...
Thats my plan anyways for the t-shirts, any profits will be donated. Usually the plan is to break even to lower the cost to the members though.
