    Squeaky Streering

    I have a 87 accord, 5 speed, whenever I drive the car for a extended period of time the steering becomes squeaky, when i turn the wheel a hair it squeaks like crazy, its kinda embarrasing.. is there anything i should be greasing or what.. Im kinda lost anyways.. any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

    How loud is it and does it sound like it's coming from the center of the steering wheel?

    Mine did that a year ago, turned out to be a lower balljoint.

    I have had a similar on going problem with my 88. It ended up being the little rubber mounts that hold the strut to the upper strut mount.
