My new $1500 87 Accord

Well hers the new car, i just picked up from Steinbach,MB for 1500 safetied, yet the head gasket blew on the trip home, and made the car overheat, and so in turn might need to replace the block too. So yah, im just bitter, but all in all i still got my exi, where i can snag that engine outta of that one, and put it in the new LX

looks like a good starting point at least... swapping a motor is cheaper than that paint and body work it looks like he's done.

Hmmm too bad it's an LX and has a carb engine. Where are you from in Canada?. Every junkyard has those A20A engines but the JDM importers have got a few JDM A20A that might be worth a look. They will surely want around 400 CDN for an engine but it's not too bad considering most of them are in pretty good shape.

, that is exactly what I was thinking. The motors are cheap and easy to come by, so you shouldent have a problem with that. BTW is it a 5 speed or auto?

Looks like a killer start, too bad about the head gasket though.
Maybe it was destined to make you do the EFI swap..... that body kit definitley deserves something better than the stock LX engine/tranny

I have an EFI motor out of my exi accord , but its an automatic, and how do i hook up an EFI motor to a car with a carb motor in it now, also i was wondering, what are the changes you have to make in order to but in a b20, ive been looking at a few preludes with running motors for like $500, i might buy.

it's the erubani body kit and you cannot put the prelude motor in your car without alot of custom work.

It looks to me that you have the kaminari front bumper and side skirts, and a Xenon rear.
