How do i replace a head gasket and header?? DETAILS PLEASE
you should download Pauls manual from

The head gasket isn't too bad as long as your valves are ok and your head hasn't warped... in that case you'll have to machine them.
Otherwise you can just boardsand the mating surfaces and put it back together.
A good torque wrench is essential and you'll probably want a buddy to help get the timing belt back on. I've done 2 to date, one on a carb and one FI, so you can PM me if you get stuck.
This is a good weekend job if you are good with tools and the head doesn't need to go to the machine shop; if so you are looking at a few days wait to have it done.
