Door open beep/Seat belt beep

Looks like someone disconnected the door open/seat belt beeper.
the seat belt doesn't even blink when you turn the key on.

So I need to know:
1. Where is the fuse for it?
2. Where is the wiring for it?

i just came across the seat belt wiring 2 days when i was pull the carpet out....the wiring is under the seat. i dont know where the fuss is though.
