got car back together... smoking now

Hey guys, I finally got the thing back together...
here's the deal:

Started it up and after about 10 seconds, the exhaust manifold started smoking. The exhaust pipe is putting out some serious white smoke.
When I had the carb off, I cleaned it out with seafoam, and also added a bit to the gas tank when I put gas in it. I haven't put coolant in the car as I read you should wait for the radiator fans to come on before you load it up. I haven't run the car for very long as I'm afraid it will overheat. My question is whether or not this smoking is normal for seafoam or if something is wrong. The temp gauge is still at low but I'm not even sure if it functions.

Can anyone help me?

man i dunno about your problem in general, but i would add coolant lol. you can always burp it and bleed it later on..
