    Repainted Tails

    Well today i got around to repainting my fading to orange, not painted right the first time red out tails... so here are a couple pics


    mmm yess!! shiney, nice and minty fresh!


    prefect red blend, all matches, looks sweet!

    But then!


    see the little scratch? some stupid freshman fuck ran into the back of my car with his damn backpack, the paint was dry to the touch, but hadnt set yet and i was on my way to work. Somehow i just ended up with this little crease type thing, but it still pisses me off.

    Anyways, thats my randomness for tonight. Comments welcome!

    next im going to sand down all the black around the tails and repaint that, if you look closely you can see a few white spots where i accidently hit the black part when i was sanding down the tails (used 1000g waterproof paper, actually worked great) so now its faded to white, meh, easy fix, ill probably do that sometime this weekend.

    TY For the comments, i still have some red tails for a 4door up for grabs :P

    They actually came out better then mine In My Opinion... which sucks kuz i cant use them LOL

    i didnt do it right the 1st time <_<

    and i painted a set of tails that werent for my car they were for a 4dr, which i guess COULD count as 3 times lol


    Yea, i sanded them down... read my post :P lol, i used 1000grit wet sand paper, then a scotch brite pad, and it scuffed it all up enough to make a nice clean finish.
