Wow, very beautiful set up. Did you refurbished or do you drive it only when the weather is fine? Great.

    thanks for the compliments!

    here's the parts:

    sprint springs
    koni shocks
    brembo front rotors
    power slot rear rotors
    aem pads front and rear
    techna-fit stainless steel lines
suspension techniques front and rear sway bars
    dc strut bar

p.s. the rotors are installed correctly. with the brembos the slots don't go all the way to the edge of the rotor so it's not supposed to "pump" out the gasses. the front of the slots are supposed to contact the pad first.

yup, lude arms in the front. i elongated the slots a bit so hopefully i'll be able to get the camber within where i want it. in the rear i used about a ¼" worth of washers on each side.

i replaced all of the bushings on the entire suspension (mostly moog, some honda) except for in the rear i couldn't find the one that the lower bolt for the shock goes through. also i left the ones that were on the trailing arm where it bolts to the rear knuckle (i don't think they're meant to be replaced anyway).

also replaced all the balljoints (three five), the outer tie rod ends (three five), front wheel bearings (honda) and wheel studs (arp).

anyway, i have no idea where the alignment's going to be at after replacing all this stuff. i'll probably have to get it aligned and then take it back again after everthing has settled. need to find a shop that will listen to me when i say the front camber is adjustable.

oh, speed bleeders on the calipers too. those things are great!

yeah took me a while to realize the speed bleeders are 3/8" and not metric lol... i have them in the fronts. i need to buy the 8mmX size for the rear... the 10mmX do not fit..

The stabiliser (or swaybar) bushes (donut ones) to the lower arms seems to be clamped together rather than 2 up, 2 down a bit of space in between. Is this the normal set up from ST kit or your special arrangement to eliminate the movement?

Also, rear Konis, I can see the spring seat painted in black but looks more like one from OE shock. Is that from KONI(I thought KONI spring seat is flat and uni-crome plated) or your creativity? Looking great though!

do you have the rear discs? i used the same size front and rear.

yeah, i'm kinda pissed about having standard sized bolts on my honda
3/8 for the bleeders and 9/16 on the banjo bolts. makes me feel like i'm at work, reaching for standard wrenches.

that's the standard setup for the bushings as far as i can tell.

on the spring seat, i think you might just be seeing the shadow from the pic. however, i did transfer over the rubber insert that sits inside the oe perch. i also used the insulators from the stock springs on the rear and the dust cover for the shocks, trimmed ½" as per koni's intructions when using the taller setting.

i have rear drums... maybe i just need to try again, but i swear it wasnt going to fit. also it may be because i have 86 and you have 89? they did use different brake systems... though rear parts were "same" maybe this is a difference.

and with my technafit lines, i think i used 19mm for the banjo bolts, cant remember off the top of my head though...

but your right, it feels weird having that crap on my car!
