Yes, they are really commited. It is unfortunate that the whole MLS site is in Japanese text only. And the picture you attached is definately 3rd gen accord 85-87. In fact there is one page about CA6 US coupe.
This car had full engine over haul, balancing, SUS header/exhaust has been made to measure.
I am not advertising them but in brief, they can tune ANY honda up for street use. They do SUS full exhaust, header, shocks, spring, bigbore throttle, ECU, brake roter, brake pad/shoe, light lens, strut tower bar. They sell some parts off the shelf but they prefer to have clients car in their garage to make header/exhaust so that it match to the individual engine unit perfectly. I should add some pictures for your interest.
Euro no. They use same bumper as 86-87.
JDM 88-89 model came in newer bumper with thin black trim. Also the pictured B20A has Gold Camcover which is typical earlier type.
Aus I dont know.
By the way, in Japan, 3rd gen accord has been sold from 85 hence 85-87 not 86-87.

As far as I understand from reading their page, they make a parts for our car if there is an order. Mind you, they are very expensive. They can still make big bore throttle for B20A for CA Accord. The price is about $750USD but it is made from brand new throttle body. Suspension kit, if you ask they can make it I think. May take several week and may cost $1000 to $2500USD for the whole kit. They had a front strut tower bar for around $150.

Their page is incredively extensive especially on the description of their customers car (over 50 article) so I can't translate them physically. If I summarise their policy they are like these;What on earth does it say??!! I need to know it all!!

-Modification is not their aim, fine adjustment is thier aim to withdraw the full ability of Honda cars.
-One-off hand-made header, high flow ex and big bore throttle to help healthy breathing. They seem to make few set of silencer and test to match for particular customers car.
-E/G balancing, OH, porting is good enough in most case for street use - they say their balanced engine sounds like silent electric motor.
-OE air intake is the best for street use.
-Handling must be easy enough for street everyday drive but sporty enough to enjoy high speed cornering. Ride confort must not be sacrificed. I think they are aiming at Type-R kind of tuning.
-To improve handling, they make one-off strut tower bar, hidden body enforcement to increace the strength of the monocoque.
-99% of their customers cars are Automatic(!)
-Most of the car looks like stock with nice alloy - very discreet because many of the customer have a family so can't fit big rear wing. Not so many ricer here.

Sorry for the slow response. I think what it says here is;

That is;

I assume they sell big bore tuning throttle body with specially arranged cable for auto box. I am not sure if it is servo control. I hope if it helps.
