clean as usual. I think you should tint the windows tho...

it's not done yet. tinting the windows and everything else is the least of my worries with all the fiberglass work i still have yet to do to the interior and exterior. not to mention finally painting the car and the B-series or even possibly an H-swap (as soon as i do more research about the CRX H-swaps and feel more confident about my fab skills).
i was thinking of doing something crazy with the rear doors like have them slide out with autoloc linear actuators like that ford taurus in pimp my ride. the whole back is gonna be all system, completely fiberglassed.

I VOWED TO OWN A 3G AGIAN AND I WILL.... STAY TUNED...
What color paint are you planning on doing? I really like that color scheme as it is, and for some reason think tinting it would diminish if anything.
That's got to be the cleanest living DX I've ever seen.

Wow, that's absolutely amazing-that car does not look like it's 20 years old!

the way i primered it is my color scheme. my paint would probably be glacier pearl white and silver pearl over it. once i tint it 20%, the whole window areas would look like one big wraparound window. gives it that no-pillars concept car look. i just kept the a-pillars white and the area around the sunroof. but the roof from 1/2 back is all black. i still have to do the hood once i mold in my custom vents in. i'm gonna leave the middle hump of the hood carbon fiber, and the rest painted. the front headlight trims and grill areas are all gonna be black kinda like the yellow car in my sig.Originally Posted by MIK3
i'm planning on doing more tweaking to the bodykit before final paint. the rear bumper is gonna have to be redone cus i didn't like how it turned out. the rear fender flares are gonna have to be widened and lengthened all the way back to the custom LED styline style taillights i will make. i have to raise the back on 1.5" drop springs instead of the 2.25" i have on now, so i could have more suspension travel for when i put heavy subs, amps, fiberglass enclosures, screens, etc. in the back. also so i could push the rims out further via bolt-on wheel spacers (not those slap on ones from pepboys) and use 225 width tires instead of 215's to give it a more wider stance at the back and complement the new wider rear fender flares i will make. i'm gonna get rid of the gas cap door and move the gas cap to the inside of the trunk once i get started on fiberglassing the trunk. lol...people are gonna wonder why i'm loading gas in my trunk at the gas station. anyways, that's just a small list of what i have to do to this car.![]()
