Multiple leaks

I'm a neewbie. I just bought an 88 Accord DX that has leaks in a couple places. I saw the valve cover gasket one, and my mechanic said that it also has one at the rear main seal, trans. case seal, and oil pan gasket area.

Eventually, with enough time and money, I want to get them all fixed.
It's getting a tuneup first, plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor. What would you fix next and which one of the leaks is the biggest concern for operation of the car?

Start at the top of the engine and work your way down. That way you're less likely to mistake oil from another leak for a problem with a seal that is still good. The rear main seal and oil pan gaskets are pretty big jobs. The valve cover gasket is easy--another good reason to start with it.
