Was wondering if anyone knows what the clearance is between the top of the carb and the hood..
dont know how to go about measuring it so wondering if you know...
hopefully its around 3.5inches....:p

clearance from the top of the air cleaner is like less than an inch, my carb lid was rubbing the hood when i flipped it a few years ago
