what year vigor are you talking about.
you will need to find 2 gen vigor. if it is 89 vigor it won't fit. plus i think USDM vigor is diff.
plus think 2.5L engine is alot bigger.

The 2nd gen vigot (The version only available in Japan) had a B20A.

The vigor that we have here (we only got 1 model) is in fact the 3rd gen vigor.

It hac a 5 cyl engine that's not too bad.

That engine requires the same modifications you would need to install a SR20DET

question, is the 3rd gen vigor, the USDM, engine swapable into an 86 Accord LXi? What modifications would need to go down? Oh yeah, what is a SR20DET? And would that swap into an 86? And whats the price tag on one of those engines?

if i'm not mistaken, the SR20DET is the engine from a nissan skyline, which just happens to be RWD or AWD

    the SR20 is not turbo'd

    SR20De (2.0 non turbo)
SR20DE (2.0 non turbo, but faster than the above)
    SR20DET (2.0 turbo)

The SR20DET is found in the late S13 and above Silvia, 200sx, Primera, Pulsar and Bluebird.

Well the SR20DE feels very similar in power and torque to the B20A. I've owned both a Nissan Primera with the SR20DE and 2 3G Honda Accords with B20A motors.

I got no idea how you'd go about fitting a SR20 motor though

The SR20 will bolt in the 3g accord if you do custom mounts

I was kidding all along :stick:

Every engine will bolt to your car if you do custom mounts.

The vigor engine would be a dumb swap
