    Stock Tyre Size

    Hey,
    Another dumb question, but thats what you expect when a 16 year old buy's his first car.. I need to know the stock tyre size of an 1988 Accord that I plan to buy tomorrow. Pricing tyres and shit and i cant find it on the net.

    If you could help me out i would be eternally greatful.

    it kinda depends. if you have 13 inch rims, you'll get a 185 75 13. if you have the 14's on, its a 185 60 14. personally i like to get wider tires than come stock, but with the same or like sidewall height.

    I ended up buying the car, extremely happy with it.
    Mine has 185/70R13 on it. The bastards are basically bald so im going to get a set of retreads to keep me going before i get a nice set of rims.

    check the inside door frame , there should be a sticker there telling you what size/type of tire that car should have, if you wanna be stock that is

    My recommended tire size for my hatch is 195/60 R14. I guess it all depends on whether you have a hatch, coupe or sedan.
