It could be the plug for the power window motor.
Door Light
Speaker wire

I saw it loose in there and I knew everything was hooked up, I was hoping it was some kind of power lock control on that door

is it low on the left of the steering wheel?
I have a mystery plug there too I think its for the sunroof option.
