which prelude engine will fit???

my next BIG project is going to be an engine swap. but i was wondering which engine(s) will be best to suite our cars? i heard a guy talking about a prelude engine, but which year will fit? if it is possible i wanted to get an engine that will get me close to 200hp, but more than 15hp. any suggestions?
