    Re: A series header flange

i have their very first A series flange on my turbo mani, it was made for me last year. Flange is very high quality. The only bad thing i can say about BMC is that they took a few mos to get it done, even though they had to make it by using my old exhaust manifold flange. Ive seen and used WeirRacings stuff and its excellent too and, but youll have to send him either your old flange or a 1 piece exhaust mani gasket so he can make one for you. Both those guys are pretty good though, and i can reccomend their work, its real good. And yeah, i posted about BMC making them a year ago i think. I didnt know they listed them in their site though... soo i wont yell REEEPOST

    Re: A series header flange

BMC had stopped making the A series flange for a while, but myself and I think few others emailed them requesting them to start making them again.

I never got a direct response back, but it looks like they got the message.

I will have to place an order with them shortly.

    Re: BMC Racing

I have heard of them on other forums like HMT etc but im currently working on having them make up a B20A flange. From what i hear the are reputable but if your concerned just call them. I wouldnt expect problems for you because the flanges are probably off the shelf (left overs).

    Re: BMC Racing

they dont normally stock A20 flanges, so if you were ordering a header flange i was told there can be a 2-3 week wait before the part is even machined.

sam at BMC is a good guy, you will get your stuff...

i emailed them about shipping prices to canada, he told me that if i wanted the collectors, there is probably a 3 week wait, or shipping time for it. he never mentioned anything about the A20 flange though

Re: BMC Racing , A Series Exhaust Flange

I placed my order... 2-3 Weeks later we'll see what happens

    $46.00 from BMC Racing

I updated the link of the first page, the old link was a redirect. Also there is some additional steps to getting the order to be placed correctly so I linked to the first page so you can read those instructions so there will be no problems making the order.

46.00??? Mine was 36 shipped. And for that price screw drawing it up and creating tool paths getting stock and cutting it.

I dunno, blank stock cost my have gone up in price... so they upped the flanges by $10

as long as it's not $50 I'm okay.

Re: BMC Racing , A Series Exhaust Flange

I need a flange for the F22/F23 Megan Racing header I have to finish the project.

Before I make another totally custom header I want to get a pipe bender, I'm tired of lining up and welding J nd U bends when the majority of the header is straight pipe. Besides straight pipe is a lot cheaper to buy then bends.
