    Pictures of Alexi

    Hey!

    http://photos.yahoo.com/majesticdecadence

    Then Click on Alexi

Alexi is my 1989 LX-i, which has been "deceased" for about 2 years now. This was while I was keeping it in the barn, but it now lives outside, so the barn doesn't collapse on it. The head gasket blew at 121k, and I had the engine rebuilt, but then one of the radiator hoses came loose, and the temperature gague didn't indicate that the engine was overheating, and by 140k the car needs a new engine. In the meantime I'm stuck with a 1992 BMW 318is, but someday Alexi will be back on the road. Note the cool features of the car though, original foglights, and dealer installed sunshade, AND CD player.

If anyone has an LX-i Engine in Ohio that they want to sell, PLEASE let me know. I want to get this car back on the road.

    Wes

nice cd player. It sucks at playing CD-Rs and CDRW but it is definitely a nice oem upgrade back in the late 80s. :props for the rare stuff:

the flipup covers weren't a USDM version =P.

After a year of working at honda, I've seen 3 or 4 3rd gen accords with fog lights and they all do not have the cover. something sounds fishy? yea..no covers came from dealers.

As far as the cd player, I've seen it once on one of those 3-4 accords with the oem fogs. It is one damn primitive CD player..

threre have been a few oem cd players for sale on this site and ebay since ivve joined. i think my watch has more technology. but for late 80's.....thats crazy. cds had only been out for like 5 years and they were already mobile. of course the japanese on top of their game like that......

those non-USDM lights are so hot. flip up for headlights and fogs! i would love to see pics of them again..or like video of em flipping up. it would make a cool avatar too
