    LXi armrest?

I have an 88 LXi 4 door, is this the armrest I'm supposed to have or is this out of an SEi? I also have a lower console, is this from a SEi too? I don't have a cup holder.

Looks aftermarket. I remember that A&H Motorsports sold ones like that back when these cars were much newer. Looks pretty good, though. I wish I had bought one when I had the chance.

if i'm not mistaken, this is a very hard to find version that was an option only with the 86-87 Lx-i's. I don't think this is aftermarket, but don't have proof backing up either opinion. I do believe that this WAS an option that could be purchased directly through Honda, but like I said, not real sure.

My car has the same exact armrest too. I love it. I'm pretty sure it was an option too.

I just recall that the factory arm rest in the SEi's included a different frame set up for the ebrake and the screws would have been inset and black, not silver and so visible.

That's really why I thought aftermarket. I would take the one pictured in a hearbeat, though.

It's a Honda accessory. I think the 88-9 accessories were similar to the se-i setup ( a bigger, easier to install piece). I have that piece, too. Had to freaking use an ice pick to make holes in the factory e brake cover to screw into. Installing it will be fun.
